Soul Sacrifice main theme orchestral video
Sony has posted a three-minute video documenting the orchestral performance of the main theme to Soul Sacrifice, composed by Yasunori Mitsuda and conducted by Wataru Hokoyama. The action role-playing game is due out March 7 in Japan, exclusively for the PlayStation Vita portable console.
Robokabuto radio program on Noise Channel
The latest installment of the Noise Channel radio program features chip music tracks from Rokko Chan arranger Robokabuto's album "Robokabuto;Notes ZeroPage," published by Dengaku Records. The music program, hosted each Thursday evening by TrueStar on Arecebo Radio, is dedicated to exploring the latest in chiptune culture.
Supershigi sings Schala's Theme vocal arrangement
Laura Shigihara (Supershigi on YouTube), designer of the independently developed role-playing game Melolune, has uploaded a vocal arrangement of "Schala's Theme" from Chrono Trigger in celebration of composer Yasunori Mitsuda's birthday. The video follows the musician's recent Skyward Sword cover, sung in Hylian.
Team label to publish Soul Sacrifice soundtrack
Record label Team Entertainment will publish the soundtrack album to PlayStation Vita-exclusive action RPG Soul Sacrifice on March 13 in Japan. Composed by Yasunori Mitsuda (Xenogears) and Wataru Hokoyama (Afrika), the game score is being performed by a full-size orchestra at Skywalker Sound.

Our Millennial Fair, the official website of Chrono Trigger composer Yasunori Mituda, is continuing its annual holiday tradition of streaming a previously unreleased music track in time for Christmas. This time music from the Five Seasons of kiRite live concert from 2006 will be playable until the 25th.

The Avex record label has launched an official website for the film score to Inazuma Eleven GO vs. Danboru Senki W, based on the soccer game franchise by Level-5. Half-minute excerpts of music, written by Chrono Trigger composer Yasunoni Mitsuda for the animated motion picture, are available online.
Symphonic Fantasies Tokyo excerpts streaming online
Square Enix has posted three audio excerpts from Symphonic Fantasies Tokyo, an orchestral performance of console role-playing game music. The samples, featuring melodies from the World of Mana, Chrono and Kingdom Hearts series, are available via the developer's 2012 Tokyo Game Show webpage.

Gamemusic Garden has posted an orchestral medley of music from Yasunori Mitsuda's score to PlayStation role-playing game Chrono Cross. Cosmosky Orchestra performs the stirring interpretation of "Scars of Time," "Magical Dreamers" and more at the Bunkyo Civic Hall venue, available to view in full on YouTube.
Konamistyle uploads Pop'n Music 20 Fantasia samples
Konami's online store Konamistyle has uploaded 61 music samples to YouTube from the three-CD soundtrack to Pop'n Music 20 Fantasia, due out July 25 in Japan. Participating artists include Yasunori Mitsuda (Chrono Cross), Sota Fujimori (SYNTHESIZED) and Soyo Oka (Super Mario Kart), among others.
Procyon overseeing Kid Icarus Uprising three-disc soundtrack album release
Game designer Masahiro Sakurai has announced via twitter that Nintendo 3DS title Kid Icarus Uprising will be receiving a three-CD soundtrack album release on August 21. Composer Yasunori Mitsuda's Procyon Studio will be responsible for the publication, featuring music by Motoi Sakuraba and other artists.
Soul Sacrifice E3 trailer
The E3 2012 trailer for PlayStation Vita exclusive title Soul Sacrifice has been posted by Sony Computer Entertainment America. The movie offers an idea of what to expect from the dramatic concept by Keiji Inafune (Dead Rising) and music score by Yasunori Mitsuda (Xenogears) and Wataru Hokoyama (Afrika).

Sony has announced Soul Sacrifice for PlayStation Vita, with Mega Man creator Keiji Inafune serving as scenario planner. Development is being overseen at Marvelous, and Chrono Cross composer Yasunori Mitsuda is writing original music for the title with Afrika composer Wataru Hokoyama.
Kid Icarus: Uprising features Super Smash Bros. Brawl composers
The official website for Kid Icarus: Uprising has been updated with streaming music tracks. Designer Masashiro Sakurai has invited composers Yuzo Koshiro, Motoi Sakurai, Yasunori Mitsuda, Noriyuki Iwadare and Masafumi Takada, heard on Super Smash Bros. Brawl, to contribute to the Nintendo 3DS action game.
Chrono Trigger iPhone / Android trailer
Square Enix has released a trailer for Chrono Trigger for iPhone and Android smart phones. The role-playing game has previously been released for the Super Nintendo, Sony PlayStation and Nintendo DS consoles. Music for the game is by series composer Yasunori Mitsuda, together with and Nobuo Uematsu.
