Square Enix is marking the eleventh anniversary of massively multiplayer RPG Final Fantasy XI by launching a new portal website featuring celebratory illustrations by artist Yusuke Naora. Composer Naoshi Mizuta has posted a new arrangement of his "Grand Duchy of Jeuno" theme, composed in 2002, for free download in mp3 format.
OC ReMix releases Deus Ex: Sonic Augmentation
Online game arrangement community OverClocked ReMix has released the compilation Deus Ex: Sonic Augmentation for free download. Participating artists include Deus Ex co-composer Alexander Brandon and musicians Zircon (Andrew Aversa), Jillian Aversa, Halc (Drew Wheeler) and Jimmy Hinson.

ＦＺ： ＳＩＤＥ Ｚ, the second official FEZ remix album by composer Disasterpeace, is now available to stream in full on Bandcamp. Artist duo Black Heron (Leo Chilcott and Murugan Thiruchelvam) has produced the soundtrack to Surgeon Simulator 2013, designed by independent developer Bossa Studios. Of Orcs and Men composer Olivier Derivière has shared the soundtracks to survival horror titles ObsCure and ObsCure 2, developed by Hydravision Entertainment. The composer is currently arranging recordings of the London Philharmonia Orchestra for the score to action title Remember Me, developed by Dontnod.
Cart Life soundtrack bundled with Special Edition
Cart Life, the winner of the Seumas McNally grand prize at the 2013 Independent Games Festival, features a music score by chip musicians Stu, Pocketmaster, Lo-Bat and Mat64. The 24-track soundtrack is included in the game's $5 Everything Edition, available for digital download through designer Richard Hofmeier's website.

Danimal Cannon of the Armcannon game cover band has released the seven-track soundtrack to Cursor Curse, available for download for "name your price" through Bandcamp. Music for the Windows 8 freeware title by Jan de Vries was composed using LSDJ for Game Boy, infused with acoustic drum recordings.
