Aycomusic's GDC Final Fantasy acoustic arrangements
Eiko Ishiwata of Aycomusic has arranged two new classic Final Fantasy pieces for acoustic instrumentation, unveiled at the 2013 Game Developers Conference in San Francisco. Cart Life, the winner of the Seumas McNally grand prize at the 2013 Independent Games Festival, features a music score by chip musicians Stu, Pocketmaster, Lo-Bat and Mat64. The long-awaited first-person puzzle game Antichamber, recipient of the 2012 IGF Award for Technical Excellence, has been given a release date of January 31 for PCs on Steam.
