Earthbound Papas at Vana Fest 2012 on YouTube

Final Fantasy XI co-composer Nobuo Uematsu performed with his band Earthbound Papas on day two of the Vana Fest 2012 festival in Tokyo.

The forty-minute performance can now be viewed on YouTube, beginning with a rock arrangement of "Liberi Fatali" from Final Fantasy VIII and continuing on to "One-Winged Angel" from Final Fantasy VII Advent Children, "Distant Worlds" from Final Fantasy X, "Seymour Battle" from Final Fantasy X and "Aria di Mezzo Carattere" from Final Fantasy VI.

Earthbound Papas are Nobuo Uematsu on keys, Yoshitaka Hirota on bass, Michio Okamiya on guitar, Tsutomu Narita on keyboards and Arata Hanyuda on drums. The group is in the process of contributing music to the sequel to Unchained Blades, planned for release in Japan on Nintendo 3DS and PlayStation Portable.
