Lauren the flute posts RPG cover compilation
Lauren the flute (Lauren Liebowitz) of cover band The Returners has posted Moogle's Flute, six flute arrangements covering music from Final Fantasy, Suikoden and Terranigma. The musician, whose birthday is today, has performed live music with Descendants of Erdrick, Those Who Fight and The World Is Square.
Antichamber due out January 31 on Steam
The long-awaited first-person puzzle game Antichamber, recipient of the 2012 IGF Award for Technical Excellence, has been given a release date of January 31 for PCs on Steam. Designed by Alexander Bruce, music for the independently developed title is by Siddhartha Barnhoorn, with sound design by Robin Arnott.

Parallel Processing by Danimal Cannon and Zef
Parallel Processing, a collaborative chip music album by Danimal Cannon of the Armcannon cover band and Rokko Chan chipped tracks arranger Zef, is now available to stream in full through Bandcamp. The liner notes explain that the title refers to the joining of two Game Boy processors and the combined efforts of the composers.

Ytcracker (Bryce Case) began rapping in 1998, contributing to the burgeoning genre of nerdcore hip-hop. On EarthBound: Adventures of the Sound Stone, available for "name your price" through Bandcamp, the musician raps to six songs from the Super Nintendo role-playing game score, composed by Keiichi Suzuki and Hip Tanaka.
