Nubuwo.com was founded on March 20, 2008 as a resource for videogame music news and information, focused on Japanese media. Over two thousand news items have been published to the website.

The site seeks to provide daily English and Japanese language news coverage. Our multimedia projects include game-inspired music albums, created in collaboration with independent developers and chip music artists,
and Blu-ray discs documenting game-inspired performance in Japan. All content is independently financed through crowdfunding with all advertising allocated to support independently financed artists.


Jeriaska serves as editor-in-chief. He has contributed to professional game publications as a freelance writer
since the launch of the site in 2008, conducting interviews for Gamasutra, IndieGames.com and 1UP.com. In addition to running the website’s day-to-day operation, he also oversees its financing through crowdfunding campaigns. Beyond his role as producer, he exercises artistic direction over arrange albums and documentary Blu-rays. He currently films in Tokyo, Japan and edits in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Xu Pan serves as web designer for the news site. A full-stack web developer with three years Ruby on Rails experience, he has in addition to the news site provided web development for the Mega Ran Japan Tour remix album and documentary Blu-Ray websites. He is based in Qingdao, Shandong, China. He administers and can be contacted through the cqpx GitHub.


Translation between English and Japanese for the Japanese language website has been provided by Yoshi Miyamoto. His contributions have extended to subtitles for several DVD projects, as well as the more recent FAMI-MODE and Mega Ran Japan Tour Blu-ray releases.
