Lightning Returns single "Crimson Blitz" on iTunes

Square Enix has released "Crimson Blitz" through iTunes, a single music track featured in the upcoming role-playing game Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

The two-minute arrangement of "Blinded by Light" from Final Fantasy XIII (appearing in the extended debut trailer shown below) is composed by Masashi Hamauzu, with a vocal performance by Mina of the Imeruat music group. A brief sample of the song can be heard in the below embedded iTunes player.

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is scheduled for release in 2013, with a music score composed by Hamauzu, Naoshi Mizuta and Mitsuto Suzuki of Final Fantasy XIII-2.
