Square Enix has posted the reveal trailer for Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix, which premiered at the 2012 Tokyo Game Show.

The PlayStation 3-exclusive high definition remastering includes enhanced ports of PlayStation 2 titles Kingdom Hearts Final Mix and Re:Chain of Memories, featuring music by composer Yoko Shimomura. Trophy support and a high resolution collection of cinematic cutscenes from Nintendo DS title Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days are planned for the title, due out in 2013.
