Final Fantasy VII Chips album announced

Square Enix will be following up chiptune cover album Final Fantasy XI Chips with four additional chip music releases.

Final Fantasy VII Chips has been added to the company's e-Store for release on September 19, featuring arrangements of music composed by Nobuo Uematsu for the PlayStation RPG, recently released for digital download on PC.

Arranged tracks will include "Opening - Bombing Mission -" and "Turks' Theme," reinterpreted by Sexy-Synthesizer and DJ OMKT of SQ Chips, among other artists.
